Over the years, the concepts of corporate social and environmental responsibility and sustainability have gained momentum in business discourse and practices. Nevertheless, these modern ideals simply affirm values that have always been instilled in us since childhood. We have always been encouraged to act with kindness toward others and the planet, and to demonstrate respect and fairness. We have learned to cultivate trust and loyalty and to be transparent with others.
Our values
These values have strongly inspired the CSR policy integrated by PEF2, which today serve as the pillars of our professional and personal conduct. PEF2 has chosen to focus its approach on a culture of trust and sustainability, relying on a responsible approach centered on listening, dialogue, and the consideration of economic, social, and environmental issues.
By taking ethical, environmental, and social issues into account, PEF² is committed to adopting responsible and transparent management to meet the expectations of all its stakeholders and contribute positively to society and the environment.
PEF²'s CSR policy is structured around 3 main pillars:
Governance and ethics, human resources management, and environmental management
On an ethical and governance level, the approach is focused on the following values: honesty, integrity, trust, transparency, and responsibility. These values are shared by all employees and are applied in all aspects of the company's management.
In terms of human resources, the CSR policy aims to create a fulfilling environment for every employee and perfectly reflects the importance the company places on a favorable working environment. This policy is based on the fundamental principles of CSR, namely transparency and responsibility, egalitarianism, non-discrimination, and respect for the rights of all.
In environmental matters, PEF² acts daily to minimize its impact and preserve the planet by adopting environmentally friendly practices. In this context, PEF² has undertaken concrete actions aimed at reducing its carbon footprint; therefore, it has conducted a Greenhouse Gas assessment, which served as an essential indicator for measuring its emissions and implementing significant actions to reduce them. This assessment was conducted and certified according to the ADEME methodology.

PEF2 conducts a carbon footprint assessment: a key step for the ecological transition.
As part of its commitment to the ecological transition, PEF2 has conducted a carbon footprint assessment to measure its greenhouse gas emissions and identify actions to reduce them.
The assessment took into account all the company’s activities, from business travel to energy consumption, as well as procurement and waste management. This step allowed PEF2 to become aware of its carbon footprint and implement concrete actions to reduce its emissions.
PEF2 thus worked in close collaboration with experts to carry out a precise and comprehensive evaluation, according to the ADEME methodology. This is part of a genuine sustainable development approach, consistent with the company’s mission itself. This demonstrates our commitment to the environment, and we are proud to contribute to the fight against climate change.
We are committed to continuing this approach by reducing our carbon footprint by at least 10%. To do this, we will progressively publish the actions we are implementing to achieve this goal. We are convinced that every small action counts and that we can all contribute to a more sustainable future.
PEF2 has been a founding member of the "Stop Fraudes" association since its creation in early 2026.
Stop Fraudes coordinates the efforts of private, non-profit, and local government actors to combat fraud and ensure that public energy performance policies are a complete success.
